What must be real

These cannot be honestly replaced by internal evaluation records.

Real email deliveryBuyer test inbox receives invite and reset messages from a verified sender/domain. Console or UAT preview mode is not production delivery.
Real document storageA signed upload writes to the configured bucket and a signed download retrieves the same object. Review-mode upload links are only UAT placeholders.
Clean database migrationsProduction database columns for MFA, backup manifest, invite tokens, and reset tokens exist through migrations, not emergency fallbacks.
External signaturesHospital/company UAT, accountant/payroll validation, and named customer case study approval must be signed by real external people.

Production configuration

Minimum production settings to remove review-mode storage warnings.

Email providerVerified sender/domain, production API key, from address, invite delivery proof, reset delivery proof, bounce handling, and audit evidence.

Document storageApproved storage bucket, scoped access keys, signed upload/download URLs, retention policy, restore proof, and document access audit.

Security configurationStrong signing secrets, MFA encryption/recovery secrets, allowed web origin, production database connection, and no shared secrets in public pages.

Migration commandRun the approved production migration deploy after the baseline is resolved. Do not claim production readiness while schema drift remains.

Go-live rule

If readiness shows review-mode storage, the product is UAT ready, not production complete.
