Accept BusinessAccountabilityOS only after owner proof, backend proof, and integration boundaries are visible.
This page defines BAOS adoption proof: scenario packs are useful for review, but production claims require buyer-owned data, signed owner adoption evidence, backend readiness, and named support ownership.
P0 gate
Must pass before marketing as production-ready.
- Owner adoption approvalNamed owner runs the daily brief with real customers/tasks/approvals/documents and records pass/fail with open risks.
- Real data boundaryEvaluation scenario packs are labelled clearly; any customer result, savings, compliance, or adoption claim needs written buyer approval.
- Backend readinessHealth endpoint, API key, allowed origin, durable workspace save/load, backup export, restore test, audit log, and support owner are checked.
- Storage and email boundaryDocument vault, email reminders, file retention, and notification delivery are not implied until provider, policy, and evidence are configured.
- External validationGST, payroll, banking, accounting, legal, or HR compliance outputs require buyer CA/finance/HR owner review before operational reliance.

Use the CSV template after the first real owner review cycle.
The buyer owner should sign the operating outcome, backend proof, open gaps, and go-live decision before BAOS is treated as live company infrastructure.
