A serious rollout has named owners, acceptance gates, and proof before go-live.

This timeline converts EyeLogs HRM from product evaluation into a supported client implementation with real tenant data, roles, training, security, backups, and sign-off.

Stages

Use this as the default HRM implementation agreement outline.

Day 0Commercial and scopeConfirm product scope, users, deployment model, data sources, payroll boundaries, support plan, and acceptance owner.
Days 1-2Discovery and data packCollect departments, employees, shifts, leave policy, salary structures, documents, admins, and support contacts.
Days 3-4Tenant setup and importCreate tenant, roles, MFA policy, import employees, configure shifts, load documents, and validate rejected rows.
Days 5-6Hospital/company UATRun the acceptance sequence: department, import, shifts, attendance, leave, payroll, payslip, documents, audit, backup.
Day 7Training and launch decisionTrain admins and sample employees, verify support handoff, export UAT proof, and sign go-live or remediation list.
Post launchStabilizationDaily issue review for the first week, weekly review for the first month, release notes, and improvement backlog.
Acceptance rule

No payroll system-of-record handoff without UAT proof.

The buyer and EyeLogs sign off only after live backend health, MFA, imports, payroll review, documents, audit, backup, and support proof are visible.
